• adept UK - the Association of Deaf Education Professionals and Trainees -  is an organisation  that came about as the result of the joining of two charities: ACSW and NATED.
     

    The ACSW and NATED committees collaborated over a number of years, the first joint venture being an event in 2008 to train CSWs how to work with Deaf candidates in examinations.

    adept wanted to include British Sign Language (BSL) intro videos seamlessly on the main pages of the site, so we needed to adopt HTML5 video within the template, in order to target as many devices as possible.
